Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to ToyFlip (toyflip.app), a family app operated by Amplified Marketing Group ("we," "us," or "our"). ToyFlip helps you photograph unused toys, lets our AI assistant "Finn" identify them and suggest a fair price, and prepares a listing you can post yourself on Facebook Marketplace. By using ToyFlip, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ToyFlip.

1. Who can use ToyFlip

ToyFlip is for parents and guardians who are at least 18 years old. A grown-up creates and controls the account. Children do not create accounts and use ToyFlip only with a parent's involvement and supervision.

2. What ToyFlip is, and what it is not

  • ToyFlip is a tool that helps you identify toys, estimate their resale value, and prepare a listing.
  • ToyFlip does not facilitate transactions, does not process payments, does not run a marketplace, and does not communicate with buyers on your behalf.
  • You choose whether and where to sell. When you post to Facebook Marketplace, you do it yourself, and that activity is governed by Facebook's own terms. ToyFlip never posts automatically.
  • You are responsible for all of your marketplace activity, including your listings, communication with buyers, pickups or deliveries, pricing, and any sale.

3. AI and pricing disclaimer

Finn uses AI and public information to identify toys and estimate prices. This is helpful, but it is not perfect:

  • Identifications may be wrong or incomplete. You should review and confirm every identification before you rely on it.
  • Prices are estimates based on comparable listings, not guaranteed selling prices. Actual sale prices depend on condition, location, demand, and buyer interest.
  • Asking prices shown in research are not confirmed sales, and past results do not guarantee future ones.

4. Parent responsibility and child safety

The parent or guardian who owns the account is responsible for:

  • Creating the account and approving what happens in it.
  • Confirming toy identifications and approving listings.
  • Posting listings and communicating with buyers.
  • Arranging pickups or meetups and handling money.

To keep families safe, we ask that you:

  • Supervise your children while they use ToyFlip.
  • Never let a child communicate directly with buyers or arrange a pickup on their own.
  • Never put your exact home address in a public listing. Share a general pickup area or a public meeting spot, and give exact details privately only after you decide to.
  • Avoid including children's faces, documents, addresses, or other personal information in a toy photo.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use ToyFlip lawfully and honestly. You will not:

  • List items you do not own or are not allowed to sell.
  • Misrepresent an item's condition, completeness, or authenticity.
  • Use ToyFlip to break the law or to violate any marketplace's rules.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content only to provide ToyFlip to you, including sending toy photos to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy so Finn can identify and price the toy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for making sure you have the right to submit it.

7. Your account and deleting your data

  • Delete a single toy: open the toy and choose Delete (a parent PIN is required). Its photos are removed with it.
  • Delete your whole account and data: go to Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your household, toys, and stored photos.
  • Export your data: go to Settings → Export data to download a copy of your household's information.

See the Privacy Policy for more about how your data is handled.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ToyFlip is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that identifications or prices are accurate, that any toy will sell, or that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for anything arising from your marketplace transactions, buyer interactions, or reliance on Finn's estimates.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of ToyFlip after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in Florida are the proper venue for any dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.
